WHY BE A VENDOR AT MAINE YOGA FESTIVAL

Processing Credit Cards: We recommend you have data on your phone/tablet for processing credit cards as a back up however.
Weather: Weather can change quickly on the coast; this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather.
Payment: Payment is due at time of approval. Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted and full payment is received.
Tents/Tables/Chairs: Outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10’x10’ tent. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor - please bring weights.
Taxes to Town: Vendors will be solely responsible for any and all sales, use, or other taxes, fees, permits, and surcharges imposed by any federal, state, county, or municipality in connection with vendor’s sales/services.
Cancellations: All cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

ABOUT MAINE YOGA FESTIVAL
Beginning in 2025 the Maine Yoga Festival will come back as an annual yoga festival. This three day event will have over 500 attendees. Our festival features over 50 offerings throughout the weekend including yoga, meditation, music, SUP yoga, wellness, inspirational talks, social gatherings and more. Teachers and students come from all over New England and beyond to grow community and share ideas. Our campus and the surrounding area offers stunning venues with views of the ocean making it unique and unlike any other.
THE MAINE YOGA FESTIVAL DIFFERENCE
We are not corporate. We are a locally-owned and operated festival and it shows. We own businesses in Maine, we teach yoga in Maine, we’re here on the ground building our community. Sponsors can expect effective exposure in our market - you’ll meet attendees and with our event coverage, you’ll also be shared with communities around Southern Maine and beyond.
